Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern use of Vour Gifts (“Vour Gifts”), operated by Mohamed Anas, 3/71, MGR Street, Karapakkam, Chennai - 600097.

Service description

Vour Gifts provides digital gift cards, event pages, QR codes, gift records and payment facilitation through Razorpay. We are not a bank, wallet, payment gateway or charity. Voluntary wedding gifts are not charitable donations.

Fees

Event creation is free during the introductory period. Guests pay a disclosed ₹10.00 digital-card/platform fee per completed card. Gift contributions are selected voluntarily. Before payment, the amount payable shows the gift amount, the platform fee, and any applicable taxes or charges. No further Vour fee is added after payment begins.

Payments and transfers

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Recipient transfers depend on Razorpay Route approval and onboarding status. Successful payment collection does not automatically mean funds have been transferred to the recipient. Settlements may be delayed by provider or banking systems.

Host responsibilities

Hosts must provide accurate information, safeguard their host account credentials, verify recipient email and only request bank/onboarding details through approved provider flows.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform for fraud, unlawful content, spam, malware uploads or misrepresentation of payments, fees or settlement status.

Content

Guests and hosts are responsible for messages and images they upload. We may remove content that violates law or these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vour Gifts is not liable for provider outages, banking delays, user device issues or losses arising from shared account access. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
