Payment issues

Include your gift reference, approximate payment time, amount and the event title. If money was debited but confirmation failed, we will investigate with Razorpay and your bank timeline.

Refund requests

Refunds are evaluated case by case and are not automatic. Provide the payment reference, payer details and reason. If a refund is approved, it is initiated within 5–7 business days of approval and credited to the original payment method through Razorpay. The time for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider and the bank.
