What we provide

Vour Gifts is a technology platform providing digital cards, event pages, QR codes, gift records and payment facilitation through Razorpay. We are not a bank, wallet or payment gateway.

Data we collect

  • Event host details: names, event information, email, phone, optional cover image
  • Guest details: name, email, phone, optional photograph, relationship, message, selected card design and gift amount
  • Payment metadata from Razorpay such as order and payment identifiers
  • Contact-form submissions and support correspondence

Why we collect it

We collect this information to create event pages, generate digital cards, facilitate payments, prevent fraud/abuse, provide support and meet legal obligations. The ₹10.00 digital-card/platform fee and voluntary gift amounts are calculated and stored as integer paise.

How content is stored

Uploaded images and generated cards/PDFs are stored in private cloud object storage (Azure Blob Storage in production) with random filenames. Containers are private by default. Short-lived access URLs may be issued when needed.

Payment data

Card numbers, CVVs, OTPs, UPI PINs and bank credentials are never stored by Vour Gifts. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay.

Retention and deletion

We retain event and gift records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle disputes, meet accounting/legal requirements and process deletion requests. Hosts may request event deletion from the management dashboard or by contacting support. Associated files are removed when legally required and operationally safe.

Sharing

We share data with service providers such as Razorpay, email providers and cloud infrastructure vendors as needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

Guests may hide their name from the shared guestbook. Hosts control public guestbook settings. Contact mohamedanastsi@gmail.com for access, correction or deletion requests.
